The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the way in which the Linxens Group (hereafter, “Linxens”, “us” or “we”) uses and processes your personal data that we collect and in particular via the website www.linxens.com (hereafter the “website”).

Respecting your privacy and your personal data is a high priority for us and we commit to process your personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679 of April 27th, 2016 (hereafter “GDPR”) and applicable laws and regulations, in all the countries where we are present, with regard to the processing of personal data (hereafter the "Regulations").

  • Data controller: legal person or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data
  • Data processor: legal person or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller 

Article 2. Who processes your personal data?
 

The data controller of the personal data processed on this website is Linxens Holding, having its registered office located 37, Rue Des Closeaux, 78200 Mantes-La-Jolie, France.

When you apply to a job offer, the data controller is the Linxens entity that offers the job.   
For contract management, the data controllers are Linxens entities that sign the contract with your company. 

Article 3. How do we process your personal data? 

Protecting your personal data is a priority for us, therefore we commit to process them in accordance with the following principles: 

  • Lawfulness, fairness and transparency
    We commit to process your personal data on a lawful basis, fairly and in a transparent manner.
  • Purpose limitation
    We collect your personal data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. Your personal data are not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.

    We make sure that your personal data collected are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

    We ensure that your personal data are accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date.

    We ensure your personal data are not kept longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

To achieve the above-mentioned purposes, we collect the following personal data: 

  • name, last name; 
  • email address, mailing address; 
  • phone number, job title and company’s name; 
  • data necessary to analyse your job application; 
  • online traffic data such as IP address, device and system identifiers, consulted content, location, type of browser used. 

Your personal data can be collected directly from yourself in various occasions such as when: 

  • you sign a contract with us; 
  • you apply to a job offer; 
  • you contact us; 
  • you visit our website. 
  • Your personal data can also be collected through our business partners. 

Article 6. Who has access to your personal data? 

Your personal data are accessible to the Linxens Group, its employees and its processors and business partners where necessary to achieve the purposes for which your personal data have been collected. 
Linxens commit to select processors providing sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.  
When you give your consent, third parties can store cookies on your device (for further details, please refer to our Cookies Policy). 

Article 7. How long do we keep your personal data? 

Your personal data are not kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.  

To determine the data retention period, we take into account legal obligation and statutes of limitations where applicable.

Linxens is a global Group, therefore your personal data can be transferred outside the European Economic Area. 
When transferring your personal data, Linxens implements appropriate safeguards to guarantee your personal data are protected. Therefore, when required Linxens will enter into a dedicated agreement with the data exporter to ensure the protection of your personal data. 

Article 9. What are your rights on your personal data and how to exercise them? 

You have different rights on your personal data as follow: 

  • a right to access your personal data;  
  • a right to request the rectification of your personal data when they are not correct; 
  • a right to ask for the deletion of your personal data;  
  • a right to obtain the restriction of the processing of your personal data; 
  • a right of portability when the legal criteria are meet; 
  • a right to object to the processing of your personal data; 
  • a right to withdraw the consent at any time; 
  •  a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority such as the ‘Commission nationale informatique et libertés’ in France. 

French law also grants individuals the right to write instruction regarding their personal data after their death.
